North Carolina General Statue 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and
Health Act of North Carolina:  The
employer did not furnish to each of his employees  condition of employment
and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were exposed to:
a)Migrant farm workers exposed to live electrical parts as light fixture
is improperly installed
in kitchen and refrigerator is not properly grounded exposing workers to
electricity.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement to
correct these hazards
is to provide correctly installed light fixture and ground refrigerator by
installing a three prong
plug in the kitchen.  Weekly inspection by the employer should take place
to ensure proper
electrical maintenance and use of electrical appliances and facilities.
