Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Judith's Fine Foods International, Inc. warehouse in the entrance
of the banana
room, employees were transiting near the Ethylene Carbon Dioxide cylinder.
The
cylinder was not secured against been nocked over.  A feasible method to
correct these
hazard is the use of a rope, chain or case that surround the cylinder to
keep
it in place.
Hazard: Cylinder falls over employee.
En el almacen de Judith's Fine Food International Inc. en el area del
cuarto de guineos,
se observaron empleados transitando cerca del cilindro de "Ethyle Carbon
Dioxide".  El
cilindro no fue asegurado contra caidas.  Un metodo factible para corregir
este riesgo es
rodear el cilindro con una soga, cadena o cajon para mantenerlo en su
lugar.
Riesgo: Cilindro caiga encima de empleados.
