IC 22-8-1.1 Section 2: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Bobcat, Model Number 765 - On 5-25-00 employees working around a Bobcat Model Number 765 were not provided a warning alarm when the Bobcat moved in reverse. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install back- up alarms on the Bobcat.
