Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the workshop.  Employees were exposed handling signs, with dimensions
of ten feet
long by four feet high by two feet and half wide, and weight of three
hundred pounds
or more without any tipe of hanling equipment.
Hazard: Employees been hitten by the sing.
Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to provide an appropiate mechanic to mean carry the sign.
En el taller de trabajo.  Empleados fueron expuestos en el manejo de
rotulos, con
medidas de diez pies de largo por cuatro pies de alto por dos pies y medio
de ancho, con
peso de trescientas libras o mas sin ningun tipo de acarreo.
Riesgo: Empleados sean golpeados por el letrero.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo posible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo
es proveer
un medio mecanico adecuado para cargar el rotulo.
