Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Family Departement, Guaynabo III, it had evidence of water
filtrations on the
walls, acoustics panels and cracks through the ceiling due to its
deterioration. The
employees were observed performing clerical tasks.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction methods, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct this
hazard is, repair the ceiling.
En el Departamento de la Familia, Guaynabo III, existia evidencia de
filtraciones de agua
en la paredes, paneles acusticos y grietas a traves del techo debido al
deterioro del
mismo. Los empleados fueron observados realizando tareas de oficina.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
riesgo es, reparar el techo.r
