Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a. Receive serious injuries from fall. Employees were working at a height of 14 feet and 2 inches (aprox) in steel beams (18" x 38' aprox) that was being assemble without the use of personal fall arrest system. Among other methods to correct this hazard is to use a personal fall arrest system. a. Recibir lesiones serias debido a caidas. Empleados estaban trabajando a una altura de 14pies 2 pulgadas (aprox) en una vigas de metal (acero) (18" x 38' aprox) que se estaba ensamblando sin un sistema de detencion de caidas. Entre otros metodos correctivos, uno seguro y eficaz para corregir este riesgos es usar un sistema de detencion de caidas.on
