Section 5(a)(1)of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:
The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment
which was free from recognized hazards which were likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were
exposed to falls and run over hazards while working out of a Case
Front End Loader bucket.
a) At 7245 S. Havana, Englewood, CO: Jim Fagans Landscaping,
employees were exposed to injuries in that, employees were
performing landscaping activities out of the bucket of a Case Front
End Loader, model #1845, serial #17956168.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement to
correct this hazardous condition would be to follow, the
manufacturers recommendations.
