struck by and/or run over by vehicles.
a) On or about 4/3/01 on the tipping floor at Wheelabrator South Broward,
drivers and helpers
were allowed to exit garbage collection truck(s) and walk about in an area
where there was high
vehicular traffic.
Among others, feasible method of abatement to eliminate and materially
reduce this hazard are
to:
1) Ensuring that employees follow the policies at waste transfer stations,
including, but not
limited to, having only one person in each garbage truck being allowed
onto the tipping floors,
while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
