Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees, in that,
temporary bracing for wooden roof trusses was inadequate, exposing
employees to injuries in
the event of collapse or failure.
a) At Carson Farms, 6650 W 60th Ave, Arvada, CO, temporary bracing for
wood trusses
was inadequate, exposing employees of Medicine Wheel Finishes to injury in
the event of
collapse or failure.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to ensure that temporary bracing for wooden trusses is in accordance
with Truss Plate
Institute HIB-91.
