Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to:
a)  At 12185 N. Dumont Way, Littleton, CO:  Silver Crown Landscaping
Supplies employees
were exposed to injury, in that, the windshield on the CLARK Front End
Loader, Model #35
GMCT, was cracked in the line of sight of the operator.
b)  At 12185 N. Dumont Way, Littleton, CO:  Silver Crown Landscaping
Supplies employees
were exposed to injury, in that, the CLARK front end loader, model
#35GMCt, was not
equipped with a seat belt.  The equipment was manufactured with a seat
belt, but it had since
been removed.
