Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to fall hazards and being struck by hazards:
a)  Employees were riding in the front bucket of an 750 Kabelo back hoe
and were
exposed to fall hazards associated with riding in the bucket of the loader
and the
hazard of potentially being ran over by the equipment.
Among other abatement methods to correct this hazard, one acceptable
method is to do
the following:
1)  Prohibit employees riding in the bucket of the loader.
