Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees were exposed to:
Hazards associated with being ejected or dumped from the work platform of
a boom-
supported elevating work platform.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is:
Comply with ANSI/SIA A92.5-1992, section 9.8 g):  "Ensure all personnel in
the
platform are wearing fall protection devices and other safety gear as
required at all
times."
