estaban expuestos
a:
At the CESCO records warehouse, employee using a portable wood ladder that
does not had the
minimum requirements for the construction, care and use. When the employee
used the ladder
did not tight to something to stay fixed, never inspected, and when the
employee had the
accident did not withdrawn from service, made another one with the minimum
requirements,
destroyed or marked as "Do not used".
Hazard:  Employee was exposed to contusions, fractures, and other injuries
due a fall.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to made another with the minimum requirements, buy and destroy the
existent ladder or mark
as "DO NOT USED" and withdrawn from service.
En el almacen de expedientes de CISCO, empleado utilizando una escalera de
madera portatil
la cual no cumple con los requisitos minimos para su construccion, cuidado
y uso.  Cuando el
empleado usaba la escalera no la puede amarrar para mantenerla fija,
nunca ha sido
inspeccionada y cuando el empledo tuvo el accidente no la sacaron de
servicio, hicieron otra con
los requisitos minimos, la destruyeron o la rotularon como "No Usar".
Riesgo:  Empleado expuesto a contusiones, fracturas y otras lesiones
debido
a una caida.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para disminuir y
corregir este riesgo es
construir una con los requisitos minimos, comprar y destruir la escalera
que hay o rotularla y
sacarla de servicio.
