Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At the Practical Examination of CESCO - The bathrooms overfloaded when
the
employees used due to a drain problem.  The employees can't used the
bathrooms. The employees were given the practical license exam to the
client.
Among other correction method, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct
this hazard is repair the bathrooms tubing.
Hazard:  Contact with virus and bacterias.
a)En el Area de Examenes Practicos de CESCO - Los banos se desbordaban
debido
a un problema de desagGe.  Los empleados no podian usar los banos.  Los
empleados estaban dando el examen practico para la licencia a los clientes.
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factibles y aceptable para
corregir
este problema es el reparar la tuberia de los banos.
Riesgo:  Contacto con bacterias y virus."as
