Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2:  The employer did not furnish to each
employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death
or serious injury to employees; specifically:
The employer failed to ensure that truck drivers were not
allowed in hazardous areas, while trucks were being loaded at
the Trus Joist facility outside shipping area.  A fatal injury
occurred on 7/23/01, when a bundle of wood product material
fell from a semi-truck bed while being loaded with the use of
a forklift.k
