Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees by
which employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos

At the third floor the masculine hygiene classroom, the employee taught
masculine
hygiene to students. There were leaks through of roof.
Hazard: Falls
Among other  correction methods, one feasible and acceptable to correct
this  hazard
is to provide a complete repair of the the leaks in the roof.
En el tercer piso en el salon de clases de higiene masculina, el empleado
ensenaba
higiene masculina a los estudiantes. Habia filtraciones a traves del techo.
Riesgo: Caidas
Entre otros metodos de correccion, uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo es
