of the Occupational Safety and
Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment which were free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were exposed to:
Location: Left side service bay, vehicle lift
Violation: The automobile lift, which had a leak in the hydraulic system,
was not maintained and repaired
requiring employees to use the emergency indexed safety leg guarding as
the primary method to lock the lift in
the up position to prevent the lift from collapsing on employees.
