Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to:
(a) Press Department - the Grob vertical  bandsaw number 114, was not
equipped with a
magnetic restart or similar device as prescribed by the American National
Standards for
Metal Cutting Saws, ANSI B11.10-1990 , section 5.2.3.4 that in the event
of an interruption
in the electrical supply, would prevent the saw from restarting
automatically when power is
restored.
