Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that:
On the east end of the newly remodeled shopping center located at 1894
Royal Lane in Dallas,
Texas 75229.
On or about August 5, 2005 employees were working near and around a piece
of mobile
equipment that did not have an operational back-up alarm, exposing them to
possible struck-by
hazards.
Among other methods, one feasible abatement method includes:
1.  Comply with ASME B56.6-1992 Part II Section 5.13.1, and
2.  Comply with the Manufactures Owner/Operator Manual Page 17 "Checking
the Equipment."
