Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2:  The employer did not furnish to each
employee, conditions of
employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which
caused or were
likely to cause death or serious injury to employees:
The International 3300 Series B rubber-tired skid-steer loader, S/N 8333,
did not have
scissors point protection to protect the operator from a crushing type
injury due to the
exposed lifting arms for the bucket.  The seat belt was missing from the
support brackets
on the skid loader.  The unit was leaking various fluids and the tires
were near bald.
