recognized hazards
which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply
with this
regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, as
follows:
A.  On or about June 22, 2005, employer knew or should have known that two
employees
were exposed to the hazards of riding in the bucket of a New Holland skid
steer, Serial
Number 187978, or attempting to  jump into bucket while skid steer is
moving.  A feasible
and useful method to correct t his hazard, among other methods, is to
train employees not to
ride in bucket and to establish a safe work zone around the skid steer
when it is in operation.

were exposed to the hazards of working on or about a New Holland skid
steer, LS180, Serial
Number 187978, without a working back-up alarm.  A feasible and useful
method to correct
t his hazard is to install a back-up alarm and establish a safe working
zone around the New
Holland skid steer.

skid steer.  A
