Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to a fall hazard:
a.On or about December 4, 2007, the driver of a club car attempted to turn
the
club car around while the passenger was not holding onto the seat handle,
exposing the passenger to a fall hazard.
Among other methods, one reasonable means of abatement would be to ensure
that passengers are holding onto the seat handle prior to moving the club
car.
