North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and
Health Act of North Carolina:  The
employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment
and a place of employment free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed to falls from heights of up to 22 feet:
a)site-employee working in a locally manufactured platform mounted on a
Grade All rough
terrain forklift, was not provided fall protection by use of a body belt,
lanyard and guard rails.
(para 8.25.1(l), ASME B56.6-2002)
One feasible means of abatement is to install guard rails on all sides and
to provide personnel as
outlined in the above reference.

vehicle in that it was tied on with rope.  para 8.25.1(l), ASME
B56.6-2002f(1) & (2).

a commercial
