Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from
recognized hazards
which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in
that, employees
are exposed to electrical hazards in that, the toolpusher's trailer was
not grounded:
a) On or about July 31, 2007 and at time prior, employees were exposed to
injury in that,
the toolpusher's trailer was not grounded.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to ensure
all equipment is properly grounded in accordance with RP 54, Section
6.1.16.
