Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees operating "operator-up high lift trucks" (order pickers) were exposed to fall hazards: a) WAREHOUSE; WAREHOUSE WORKERS OPERATING THE CROWN SP ORDER PICKERS (SERIAL NUMBERS H-8434-10 & H-8434-3) DURING STORAGE RACK ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS WERE EXPOSED TO FALL HAZARDS FROM HEIGHTS UP TO 20 FEET AND WERE NOT PROVIDED AND REQUIRED TO USE PERSONAL FALL ARREST EQUIPMENT.
