Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to the condition(s) listed below:
Zia Well Service, Rig 31, Roberts Unit 3717, Denver City, TX.  For the
period of time up to
and including 05/03/07, the anchor capacity could not be verified on the
location.  One anchor
had the soil washed away, exposing 24-inches of the anchor below ground
level.
Feasible and acceptable abatement methods would include:
1.  Ensure anchor capacity has been verified within 24-months prior to rig
up.
2.  If anchors are exposed or damaged, ensure anchor capacity prior to rig
up.
