T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish  a place of employment
which was free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
The employer did not ensure that measures were in place to prevent
equipment from moving
while employees were in locations exposed to injury from moving equipment.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would be to:
Turn engine off, set parking brake, and remove key from ignition.e
