cutting edges.  Feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this
hazard include: A) Ensure the initial
and continuing competence of inspection and maintenance personnel through
proper training, as referenced in
ANSI Z268.1-1982, Safety Requirements for Design, Use, and Maintenance of
Metal Scrap Processing
Equipment; and B) ensure the shear blades are properly installed and
shimmed
in accordance with the
manufacturer's, The Enterprise Company,  hydraulic shear, Shear Blade
Maintenance & Installation manual.
