Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to the hazards of falls:
a) while standing on the forks of a SKY TRAK lift elevated on or about
10/31/07, located at FM
1825 and Central Commerce Drive, Pflugerville, Texas.  Among other methods
of abatement
to correct this hazard, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement
would be to use a
secured work platform with fall protection approved by the forklift
manufacturer.
