employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed to:

puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Hand and finger cuts.
a)At Econo Supermarket, butchers shop - Employees were operating a Hobart
6614 Series Meat Saw (no other identiable information), with the traveling
mechanism support of carriage tray broken, making the carriage difficult to
move and unstable.
"AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE
ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO REPAIR
THE TRAVELING MECHANISM OF CARRIAGE TRAY.
b)At Econo Supermarket, butchers shop - Employees hold their hands near the
cutting edge of the saw blade when slicing short ends of meat on a Hobart
6614 Series Meat Saw.  The Hobart 6614 Series Meat Saw is provided with a
pusher plate that is used to meat against the gauge plate when slicing
short
ends but the referenced meat saw was not equipped with it.
"AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE
ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO EQUIPPED
THE MEAT SAW WITH THE PUSHER PLATE"
Cortadura de manos y dedos.
a)En el Supermercado Econo, Carniceria - Empleados estaban operando una
Sierra de Carne Hobart de la Serie 6614 (ninguna otra informacion
identificable), con el soporte del mecanismo de movimiento de la bandeja
movible roto, haciendo el carro dificil de mover e inestable.
"ENTRE OTROS METODOS, UN M(TODO VIABLE Y ACEPTABLE
PARA CORREGIR ESTE RIESGO ES REPARAR EL MECANISMO DE
MOVIMIENTO DE LA BANDEJA MOVIBLE"
b)En el Supermercado Econo, Carniceria - Empleados mantenian sus manos
cerca del lado cortante de la hoja de la sierra cuando rebanaban extremos
cortos de carne en la Sierra de Carne Hobar de la serie 6614.  La Sierra de
Carne Hobart Serie 6614 es provista con un plato para empujar que es
usadopara sostener la carne contra el plato calibrador cuando se rebanan
extremos
cortos, pero la sierra de referencia no estaba equipado con el mismo.
"ENTRE OTROS M(TODOS, UN M(TODO VIABLE Y ACEPTABLE
PARA CORREGIR ESTE RIESGO ES EQUIPAR LA SIERRA DE CARNE
CON EL PLATO PARA EMPUJAR"
