Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Workplace ("Departamento de la Familia - Isabela") - the access door to
ADFAN
Office did not provide any security measure to control the access to this
area.
Hazard: employees exposed to workplace violence.
Among other, one feasible method to correct this hazard is: control access
to the
Office with door buzzers or other mean (note: doors must open from the
inside
without a key to allow persons to exit in case of fire or other emergency).

la Oficina de ADFAN no proveia medidas de seguridad para controlar el
acceso
a esta area.
Riesgo: empleados  expuestos a violencia en el trabajo.

a la Oficina mediante puerta con timbre u otro medio (nota: las puertas
tienen que
abrir por adentro sin llave, para permitir a las personas salir en caso de
