At the Just Brakes facility, the employer did not ensure the following
processes were
implemented and maintained in accordance with ANSI/ALI ALOIM-2000:
a) Technicians of the auto lifts were not trained in accordance with
ANSI/ALI ALOIM-
2000, page 5, para. 4.3. Training documentation was not provided.
b) Daily Inspections.  The employer did not inspect all the required items
during the
inspection process in accordance with ANSI/ALI ALOIM-2000, page 6, para.
4.4.4. No
daily inspection documentation was provided during the inspection.
c) Preventive Maintenance Procedure. The employer did not have an
established
maintenance procedure in accordance with ANSI/ALI ALOIM-2000, page 11,
para.
6.1.1. Preventive maintenance documentation was not provided.
One feasible means of abatement would be to follow the requirements of the
ANSI/ALI ALOIM-
2000 to allow the continued safe operation of the Pad Lifts.
