which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
In that, the foot pedal to the DiAcro Promecam hydraulic press brake did
not have an adequate
cover guard to prevent unintended operation from falling objects or
employees accidentally
stepping onto the foot pedal.  The DiAcro Promecam hydraulic press brake
was located on the
North end of the of the Shop area.
One feasible means of abatement would be the installation of a cover that
would prevent
unintended activation of the foot pedal.tion
