estaban

Lehigh Press -  did not provide training to their employees related to the
establishment's written
protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace, as
required by the Section 6(a)
of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act, Act No. 16 of 1975.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the workplace.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to provide
training to all the establishment's employees related to its written
protocol for the handling of
domestic violence in the workplace.

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Registro Demografico of Guayama  - Employees were exposed to trips and
falls from uneven
and broken tiles from floors, employees had to walk constantly by this
hallway to get to their
office.
Hazard: Falls.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to remove
the broken tiles and replace them by new ones to create an even surface.
Registro Demografico de Guayama - Empleados estaban expuestos a tropiezos
y caidas debido
a losas sueltas y rotas del piso, los empleados tenian que caminar
constantemente por este pasillo
para accesar sus oficinas.
Riesgo: Caidas.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es remover las
losas rotas y remplazarlas por nuevas para crear una superficie regualr.ie
