recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

were exposed to the condition(s) listed below:
a) On March 31, 2009, and for a period of time prior to that date,
employees of E6 Cattle
Company, near Hart, Texas were exposed to the hazards of falling from
heights up to 30 feet
and more from ladders leading to the tops of grain storage bins and from
the tops of the grain
storage bins, when they climbed up to them for cleaning and inspection
purposes. Feasible
means of abatement include the following:
1. Installation of cages around ladders that exceed 20 feet in length,
similar to the cage
installed around the ladder leading to the top of the grain header.
2. Installation of standard railings around the tops of bins that are
equipped
with ladders
for access to their tops, similar to the railings installed around the top
of the corn bin.
