malfunction
causing a collapse, overturn or other adverse action because the
owner/employer
did not
cause frequent and annual inspections to be performed on the lift.  One
feasible method
of abatement, among others is to cause frequent inspections to be
performed in
accordance with Section 6.6, FREQUENT INSPECTION and Section 6.7, ANNUAL
INSPECTION of the American National Standard Institute, ANSI/SIA
