employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees

in Ponce, did not provide training to his employees related to the
establishment of a
written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace,
as required
by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence
Situations in the workplace or place of employment, Act No. 217 of 2006.
Method to abate the hazard: Employers shall provide training to all the
establishment
employees related to its written protocol for handling of domestic
violence in the
work place.
a. El patrono PICCOLO CAFFE, no proveyo adiestramiento a sus empleados
relacionados al protocolo escrito sobre el manejo de violencia domestica
en el lugar
de trabajo segun requerido por la Ley de Implementacion de un Protocolo de
Manejo
de Violencia Domestica en el lugar de trabajo o lugar de empleo, Ley 217
del 2006.
Metodo para corregir el riesgo: Patronos tienen que proveer un
adiestramiento a todos
sus empleados relacionados a su protocolo para el manejo de casos de
violencia
domestica en el lugar de trabajo.
