furnish employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely
to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Location:Right Lane In Front of Dealership
Condition:An employee was exposed to roadway vehicular struck-by and
crushing hazards while
working in the roadway and performing activities related to the unloading
and delivery
of automotive vehicles from an automobile transportation truck.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to provide and train
delivery personnel in the use of high visibility apparel and roadside
warning devices when making deliveries in
a public roadway or the adjacent roadway shoulder.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
