that employees were
exposed to:
On or about October 23, 2009 and times prior thereto, at the Sheridan
Excavating
Company yard located in Sheridan, Arkansas, employees were potentially
exposed to a
possible unsafe load of pipes during unloading operations,
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this
hazard is to establish a company policy that describes how loads greater
than one will be
handled and if the load will be rejected or not, if found to be improperly
secured.ly
