1970: The employer
did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to struck-by hazard(s):
a)At the Sonic drive in, on or about July 8, 2010, lawn mower operators
and leaf
blower operator were exposed to vehicular struck by hazards.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard includes providing and requiring the use of high visibility
reflective clothing for
employees to wear during work activities.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.TION
