Equipment:Two TCM Forklifts, Model: #FG20N51- One was Serial: #A31T56291,
Load Capacity: 4000 Pounds
Condition:Operators were not wearing their seatbelts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to provide refresher training to the operator when the operator has been
observed to operate the
vehicle in an unsafe manner as in 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(A).
