Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to a fall hazard:
a)206 Moonachie Ave, Moonachie, NJ: Three employees were observed using a
RGC Platform Hoist as a ladder to access the roof of a residential house,
on or
about 10/07/2010.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of
abatement is
to use a ladder to access the roof.s
