Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the CPTET program - Employees were exposed to fungi beyond the levels established by NIOSH, they had to work in that office daily; the results were 1,946 cfu/m3. Hazard: Overexposure to fungus. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to clean the floor, walls, ceiling and desk with an antifungus solution in order to avoid the growth of fungus and bacteria. En el programa CPTET - Empleados estaban expuestos a hongo sobre los niveles establecidos por NIOSH, ellos tenian que trabajar en esa oficina diariamente; los resultados fueron de 1,946 cfu/m3. Riesgo: Sobreexposicion a hongos. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es limpiar el piso, paredes, techo y escritorio con una solucion antihongo para evitar el crecimiento de hongos y bacterias.o
