The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a
place of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
On or about 03/24/11, in front of the entrance to a terminal parking area,
an employee who
lacked high visibility apparel was exposed to the hazards of being struck
by moving vehicles
while directing traffic into the terminal gate.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is to provide high visibility apparel to employees who direct traffic.
