Frank B. Murray Garage ProPark 30 Frank B. Murray Street Springfield, MA 01103 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling cement from the ceiling inside the Frank B. Murray Garage when picking up or dropping off the "Live Truck" in the assigned parking area. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to park the "Live Truck" in another location that did not expose the employees to struck by hazards from falling cement.
