Condition:An employee, operating a forklift, was not wearing the attached
seatbelt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to abate the
condition would be the enforcement of
the wearing of seat belts when operating powered industrial trucks as
required by ANSI/AMSE B.56.1,
paragraph 5.3.19.ph
