Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.    a. Oven- Employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards where travel along the exit access between the oven and outside wall of the facility was only 20 and 16 inches wide in two locations.
