29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Northwest side of structure; On or about 5/25/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee without a means of fall protection was working from/crawling up a truss on a wood frame pole barn.    Note: Abatement certification and documentation are NOT required for this item.    CDA Structures, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 309969830, Citation 01, Item 0010b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/18/08 with respect to a workplace located at 1522 Starling, Hayden, ID.
