29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operatorand other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips andsparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    The ingoing nip point on the Pot Devin Labeler was not guarded.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):     Employees working in areas where there are potential electrical hazards were not provided with ,and/or did not use, electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to beperformed.    Employees performing voltage testing on electrical equipment of 110 to 220 volts, were not provided with nor nor did they wear appropriate personal protective.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
