29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2):     Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA.    T & W Edmier Corp. did not comply with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices Section 6H.04 when employees worked in and near the traveled way Somonauk Street without providing advance warning by signage or flashing strobe or rotating amber lights to approaching road users.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the reequirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(c).
